How to do it

Step onto the lateral elliptical and stride side to side along the curved tracks while gripping the handles. Keep your posture upright and move in a smooth, controlled rhythm to work the legs and hips through a low-impact pattern.

  1. 1Glutes and outer hips driving the side-to-side stride
  2. 2Inner thighs working to control the lateral motion
  3. 3Upright posture with a steady rhythm

Common mistakes

  • Leaning heavily on the handles for support
  • Letting your knees collapse inward on each stride
  • Moving too fast and losing control of the lateral path
