How to do it
Lie back on an incline bench holding a dumbbell in each hand straight above your shoulders with palms facing each other. Bend both elbows to lower the dumbbells toward the sides of your head, then extend your arms back up, keeping your upper arms still.

- 4Keep your upper arms angled back and fixed throughout
Common mistakes
- Do not flare your elbows or let them drift apart
- Avoid moving at the shoulders; only the elbows should bend
- Do not arch off the bench to push the weight up
