How to do it
Attach an SZ bar to a low cable pulley and grip the angled ends with palms facing down. Keep your elbows at your sides and curl the bar toward your shoulders, then lower with control.
- 1Feel your forearms and biceps work as you curl with an overhand grip
- 2Keep your wrists firm and elbows pinned to your sides
- 3Squeeze at the top and lower slowly against the cable

- Do not let your wrists drop or roll under the bar
