How to do it
Stand facing away from a low cable pulley and hold the handle in one hand with a neutral grip and thumb up. Keeping a slight bend in the elbow, raise your arm straight in front of you to about shoulder height. Lower under control against the cable tension.

Common mistakes
- Don't swing or use your body to start the lift
- Avoid shrugging your trap as you raise
