How to do it

Set a low cable pulley with a straight bar and grip it with palms facing down, resting your forearms on your thighs or a bench with wrists past the edge. Keeping your forearms still, extend your wrists to raise the back of your hands, then lower under control.

  1. 1Forearm extensors on the top of your forearm contracting
  2. 2Forearms staying fixed while only the wrists move
  3. 3A controlled stretch as the bar lowers

Common mistakes
