How to do it

Stand on a resistance band and hold the other end with palms facing down, forearms resting along your thighs or parallel to the floor. Keeping your forearms still, extend your wrists upward against the band to lift the backs of your hands, then lower slowly under control.

Common mistakes

  • Moving your elbows or curling with your biceps
