How to do it
March in place, lifting one knee at a time, while raising both arms out in front of you or overhead in time with your steps. Lower the arms as you switch legs, keeping a steady, controlled rhythm. Stay tall and keep your core engaged throughout.
- 1Feel your shoulders lift the arms in time with each step
- 2Feel your hip flexors raise each knee as you march
- 3Keep a steady, controlled rhythm with your core engaged
Common mistakes
- Do not shrug your shoulders up as you raise the arms
