How do I redeem a code?
Your profile settings have a Redeem a code row. Open it and your phone's own store takes over. What you see next depends on the phone.
- iPhone: Apple's own redeem screen opens.
- Android: the Play Store opens.
Type or paste your code on that screen. Apple or Google checks it and applies it to your account with them.
Kovo does not check the code itself. If a code is rejected, the answer is with Apple or Google, not with Kovo.
