I bought PRO but it is not active
Use Restore purchases. It asks the store for what you bought and switches PRO back on.
You will find it in your profile settings, in the Community and Support section.
Restore does not make a new purchase. It only asks the store for what is already yours, so you are not charged again.
If PRO is still off after that, send us a request and we will look into it.
