What is a friend streak?

A friend streak is a streak you keep with one friend. You have a separate one with each friend you start it with.

It starts at zero. It goes up by one every time you both train.

It counts only once a day. Once it has gone up today, the next one is tomorrow. Training twice in one day does not move it twice.

Your own streak and your friend streak are two different numbers. Your own streak counts your days. A friend streak counts what the two of you do together.
