Where do I set my equipment?

Your equipment lives in Journey settings, under Modify My Journey. Tick what you can use where you train.

When you change it, Kovo goes through the plan you already have and takes out anything you can no longer do. Each of those exercises is replaced with one you can do with what you have.

Your journey is not built again and you keep your place in your journey. Only the exercises that no longer fit are changed.
