What does a duel count?
Total XP, unless you pick something else. You can count volume, minutes or sessions instead.
XP is what a duel counts by default because every kind of training moves it. Nobody is shut out of a duel on XP.
A duel runs on one number, and everyone in it is measured on that same number. Whoever is highest on it when the duel ends wins.
