How to do it
Lie on your back with your heels in the TRX straps and arms at your sides. Lift your hips into a bridge, then curl your heels toward your glutes while keeping your hips high. Extend your legs back out under control and repeat.
- 1Feel your hamstrings and glutes working to curl your heels toward your hips
- 2Keep your hips lifted and core engaged throughout
- 3Control the extension and keep tension on the straps
Common mistakes
- Avoid letting your hips drop or lower back arch
- Don't yank the straps with your arms; use your legs
- Avoid rushing; move slowly to feel the burn
