How to do it

Rise up onto the balls of both feet, lifting your heels as high as possible. Hold that tall position and walk forward in small, controlled steps, staying high on your toes the entire time. Keep your torso upright and steps even.

  1. 1Feel your calves stay loaded and high through every step
  2. 2Keep your ankles stable and stacked as you move
  3. 3Stay tall through your torso with a braced core for balance

Common mistakes

  • Don't let your heels drop between steps
  • Avoid rolling your ankles inward or outward
  • Don't rush; keep steps small and controlled
