How to do it

Place both feet in the TRX foot cradles and kneel in a plank with your hands on the floor under your shoulders. Use your core to draw your knees in and lift your hips, then roll your feet back out to extend your body into a long plank under control.

  1. 1Brace your midsection hard and feel deep tension through your abs
  2. 2Extend out under control, fighting the stretch the whole way
  3. 3Keep your shoulders stacked over your hands as you roll out

Common mistakes

  • Do not let your lower back arch or your hips sag as you extend
  • Avoid using momentum to yank yourself back in
  • Do not roll out further than you can control
