How to do it
Place both feet in the TRX foot cradles and set up in a forearm plank with your feet suspended and elbows under your shoulders, so your body angles down from feet to head. Brace your core and hold a straight line, keeping your hips from dropping.
- 1Feel your core stabilizing against the swing of the straps
- 2Squeeze your glutes to keep your hips in line with your shoulders
- 3Keep your shoulders stacked over your elbows
Common mistakes
- Do not let your hips sag or pike up
- Avoid letting your feet sway in the cradles
- Do not let your head droop; keep your neck neutral
