Suspender Biceps Curl

How to do it
Face the TRX anchor and grip the handles with palms up, arms extended and body leaning back at an angle. Keeping your upper arms fixed and elbows high, curl your body toward the handles by bending at the elbows, then lower with control. Walk your feet forward to make it harder.

- Dropping your elbows or letting them drift down
