How to do it

Grab both TRX handles with palms up and lean back so your body is at an angle and the straps are taut. Keep your elbows high and fixed, then curl your body toward your hands by bending at the elbows. Lower yourself back under control.

  1. 1Feel your biceps pull your body up toward the handles
  2. 2Keep your elbows high and locked in one spot throughout
  3. 3Hold a tight plank from shoulders to heels the whole rep

Common mistakes

  • Don't let your hips sag or pike up
  • Avoid dropping your elbows as you fatigue
  • Don't rush; control both the curl and the return
