How to do it
Hold the TRX handles with arms extended in front of your chest and lean your body forward into a slight plank. Keeping your arms straight and core braced, let your arms travel overhead as your body falls forward, then pull back to the start using your abs. Adjust your foot position to set the difficulty.
- 1Feel your abs lengthen and resist as your arms extend overhead
- 2Keep a straight line from your heels to your head throughout
- 3Pull yourself back by contracting your core, not your arms
Common mistakes
- Do not let your lower back arch or your hips sag at full reach
- Avoid bending your elbows to make the movement easier
- Do not go past the range where you can hold the plank
