How to do it
Stand tall with feet hip-width apart and reach both arms overhead. Lengthen through one side, then slowly rotate your torso to look behind you, opening the chest and upper back. Hold the reach and rotation, breathe, then return and repeat to the other side.

Common mistakes
- Letting your hips swing around with the rotation
- Arching the lower back to reach higher
