How to do it
Stand with your back against a wall, feet a few inches out, with your lower back, head, and arms pressed flat to the wall. Bend your elbows to about 90 degrees, then slide your arms up overhead and back down like a snow angel, keeping contact with the wall the whole time.
- 1Mid-back and rear delts pulling your arms along the wall
- 2Forearms and wrists staying in contact as you slide
- 3Ribs down and low back flat against the wall
Common mistakes
- Letting your arms drift off the wall to go higher
- Arching your low back away from the wall
- Shrugging your shoulders up toward your ears
