How to do it
Climb stair stepper at a steady, moderate pace for an extended period (e.g., 20-30 minutes). Focus on consistent speed and good posture.
- 1Step continuously on the machine, driving through your whole foot; you should feel your quads, glutes, and calves working
- 2Maintain an upright posture and a consistent, moderate pace
- 3Lightly grip the handrails for balance while letting your legs do the work
