How to do it
Place your forearms on top of a stability ball and extend your legs back so your body forms a straight line from head to heels. Brace your core and hold the position while keeping the ball steady under your elbows.
- 1Feel your abs and deep core firing to keep your body in a straight line
- 2Engage your glutes to keep your hips from sagging
- 3Press your forearms into the ball and fight the wobble with your core
Common mistakes
- Do not let your hips droop or your lower back arch
- Avoid letting the ball roll out from under you; keep your elbows steady
- Do not hold your breath; breathe steadily through the hold
