How to do it
Sit on the floor with your legs extended and heels resting on the ground. Keeping your heels planted, pull your toes back toward your shins as far as you can, contracting the muscle along the front of your shin. Lower the toes under control and repeat.

Common mistakes
- Do not bend your knees to help raise the toes
- Avoid using momentum; move the feet slowly
- Do not let your heels lift off the floor
