How to do it
Stand on one leg with a soft bend in your knee and lift the other foot off the floor. Hold a tall, steady position and balance, using small adjustments in your foot and ankle to stay upright. Hold, then switch legs.

Common mistakes
- Do not let your standing knee cave inward
- Avoid gripping with your toes or rolling onto the edge of your foot
- Do not hold your breath; stay relaxed and tall
