How to do it
Sit tall with your shoulders relaxed. Gently tilt your head toward one shoulder until you feel a mild stretch down the opposite side of your neck. Hold and breathe deeply, then switch sides.

Common mistakes
- Forcing or jerking your head into a deeper tilt
- Hiking the shoulder up toward your ear
