How to do it
Sit tall with your shoulders relaxed and chin level. Slowly turn your head to one side as far as is comfortable, feeling a gentle stretch through the side and back of the neck. Pause, then rotate smoothly to the other side, keeping the motion slow and controlled.

Common mistakes
- Do not jerk or force your head past a comfortable range
- Avoid hiking your shoulder toward your ear
