How to do it
Sit tall with your shoulders relaxed. Gently tip your head back to look upward until you feel a mild stretch along the front of your neck. Hold while breathing deeply, then return slowly to neutral.

- Do not force your head back into pain
- Avoid jamming or crunching the back of your neck
