How to do it
Kneel or sit on the floor facing a landmine bar. Hold the end of the barbell with both hands and extend your arms in front of your chest. Lean back slightly and brace your core. Rotate your torso to one side, guiding the bar down beside your hip while keeping your arms extended. Rotate back to center and then to the opposite side. Keep your lower body still and control the movement throughout.
- 1Feel your obliques and core as you rotate the barbell from side to side in a landmine attachment
- 2Keep your arms extended and pivot through your hips
- 3Maintain a strong brace throughout the movement
Common mistakes
- Avoid rounding your back or leaning back too far
- Don't let your knees collapse inward; keep them slightly bent
- Avoid rushing; move deliberately to feel the core engagement
