How to do it
Sit or stand tall with your shoulders relaxed. Slowly turn your head to one side as if looking over your shoulder until you feel a gentle stretch along the side and back of your neck. Hold, return to center, and repeat to the other side, moving with control.

Common mistakes
- Jerking or forcing your head past mild tension
- Rolling the head in big circles that compress the neck
