How to do it

Lie on your side with a foam roller under the back of your upper arm and the arm extended overhead. Slowly roll along the triceps, pausing on tight spots, then switch to the other arm.

  2. 2Pause on tender spots and let them soften
  3. 3Roll slowly between shoulder and elbow

  • Do not roll over the elbow or shoulder joint
  • Avoid moving too fast over tight areas
