How to do it

Kneel with a foam roller under the front of your shins, just outside the shinbone. Ease your weight onto the roller and roll slowly along the muscle on the front of the lower leg. Pause on tight spots and breathe.

  • Don't roll directly on the shinbone
  • Avoid dropping full weight too quickly
