How to do it

Stand or sit with a small roller or ball under the arch of one foot. Press down and roll slowly from the heel to the ball of the foot along the sole. Pause on tight spots and breathe, then switch feet.

  2. 2Pressure spreading across the bottom of the foot
  3. 3Tender spots easing as you breathe out

Common mistakes

  • Don't press so hard it sharply hurts
  • Avoid rolling fast and skipping the arch
  • Don't roll directly on the heel bone with force
