How to do it

Lie face up with your heels resting in the TRX foot cradles and your legs bent. Crunch your upper body up by pulling your knees toward your chest and lifting your shoulders off the floor, squeezing your abs at the top, then lower with control. Keep the movement smooth and driven by the core.

  1. 1Abs crunching hard as the knees and chest draw together
  2. 2A tight squeeze at the top of each rep
  3. 3Controlled lowering back to the floor

Common mistakes

  • Yanking with your neck to lift the shoulders
  • Letting the legs swing in the cradles
  • Rushing through without squeezing the abs
