How to do it

Lie on your back with both heels in the TRX cradles and lift your hips into a bridge so your body stays straight. Holding that hip height, bend your knees to draw your heels toward your glutes, then extend back out under control.

  1. 1Hamstrings pulling your heels in as the hips stay lifted
  2. 2Glutes holding the bridge steady the whole set
  3. 3Even tension through both legs on the strap

Common mistakes

  • Letting your hips drop as you curl
  • Yanking your heels in with momentum
  • Arching your lower back to hold position
