How to do it
Face the TRX anchor and grip a single handle with one hand, palm up, arm extended and body leaning back. Keep your upper arm fixed and elbow high, then curl your body toward the handle by bending at the elbow and lower with control. Keep your hips square and avoid rotating.
- 1The working biceps pulling your body up
- 2Your core resisting any twist toward the working side
- 3Elbow held high and steady through the rep
Common mistakes
- Rotating your torso to cheat the curl
- Dropping the elbow as you tire
- Swinging with the hips instead of curling
