How to do it
Lie on your back with heels in the TRX foot cradles and a yoga block under your hips for support, a towel easing the contact. Bridge up, then curl the heels toward your glutes by bending the knees, and slowly extend back out.
- 1The hamstrings contracting as you curl the heels in toward your hips
- 2The glutes holding the hips up in a bridge throughout
- 3A controlled, even pull on both legs
Common mistakes
- Letting the hips drop as you curl
- Yanking the heels in with momentum
- Arching the lower back to compensate
Muscles worked
