How to do it

Lie on your back and place your heels in the TRX foot cradles with your legs straight and hips lifted into a bridge. Keeping your hips up, dig your heels in and curl them toward your glutes by bending your knees, then extend back out under control.

  1. 1Your hamstrings contracting hard to curl the heels in
  2. 2Your hips staying lifted in a straight line throughout
  3. 3A stretch in the hamstrings as you extend back out

Common mistakes

  • Letting your hips drop as you curl
  • Rushing the return; control the straightening phase
  • Hyperextending your lower back to keep the hips up
