How to do it
Set the TRX handles higher and place your forearms or hands in them, walking your feet forward so your body holds a plank at an upward incline. Brace and hold, keeping the line straight while the straps stay quiet.
- 1The core bracing to hold the straight incline line
- 2The glutes engaged to keep the hips from dropping
- 3The shoulders steadying the suspended straps
Common mistakes
- Letting the hips sag toward the floor
- Shrugging the shoulders up toward the ears
- Allowing the straps to sway side to side
Muscles worked
