How to do it
Anchor a resistance band overhead, on a door or rack. Grip the band with both hands, keep your elbows pinned to your sides, and push the band down until your arms are fully straight. Squeeze your triceps at the bottom, then let the band rise back under control.

Common mistakes
- Do not let your elbows flare out or drift forward off your ribs
