How to do it
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat. Flatten your lower back by tilting your pelvis, then continue rolling your spine up into a hip bridge. Lower one vertebra at a time and repeat.
- 1Your abs flattening your lower back as you start the tilt
- 2Your glutes squeezing to lift your hips at the top
- 3Your spine peeling off the floor one segment at a time
Common mistakes
- Pushing your hips up before the pelvic tilt sets
- Overarching your lower back at the top
- Driving through your toes instead of your whole foot
