How to do it

Stay low in an athletic stance with your knees bent and take small, quick shuffle steps to one side. After a few steps, add a slight knee raise on the lead leg before shuffling back the other way. Keep your hips low and your steps short and controlled.

  1. 1Your glutes and outer hips driving the lateral steps
  2. 2Your hip flexor lifting the knee on the raise
  3. 3A low, stable athletic stance throughout
