How to do it

- 1Feel your triceps and inner chest working through the close hand position
- 2Keep your core tight and hips level to stay balanced on the ball
- 3Press evenly through both hands to control the wobble
Common mistakes
- Avoid letting your hips sag or your head crane forward
- Do not flare your elbows wide; keep them tucked toward your body
- Do not let the ball shift under your hands; press straight down
