How to do it

Step one foot forward into a lunge position. Lower back knee to ground. Push hips forward while keeping upper body upright. Hold, then switch legs.

  1. 1Feel a deep stretch in your hip flexor and quad of the trailing leg
  2. 2Keep your torso tall and gently push your hips forward
  3. 3Squeeze your glute on the rear leg to intensify the stretch

Common mistakes
