How to do it

Step onto the leverage stepper machine and grip the handles lightly for balance. Press down through one foot to drive the pedal, then alternate legs in a smooth, continuous climbing motion at a steady pace. Keep an upright posture and let your legs do the work for the set duration.

Common mistakes

  • Do not lean heavily on the handles or hunch forward
