How to do it
Lie face down on a leg curl machine with the pad against the back of one ankle. Curl that heel toward your glute, then lower with control and repeat before switching legs.

- 4Move through a full range, squeezing at the top and stretching at the bottom
Common mistakes
- Do not lift your hips off the pad
