How to do it
Sit in the incline leverage machine and set the seat so the handle lines up with your upper chest. Grip a single handle, keep your shoulder blade pulled back and down, and press up and slightly forward until your arm extends. Lower with control until you feel a stretch in the upper chest, then repeat before switching sides.
