How to do it

Set up in the leverage squat machine with your shoulders under the pads and feet on the elevated platform. Unlock the machine, bend your knees and hips to descend, then drive through your feet to press back up against the lever.

Common mistakes

  • Letting your knees collapse inward at the bottom
  • Bouncing out of the bottom instead of controlling the rep
