How to do it
Kneel on the Ab Coaster pad and grip the handles with your upper body upright. Curl your knees and hips up along the track by contracting your lower abs, then control them back down. Keep the motion driven by the core, not by swinging.
- 1Lower abs driving the knees up the track
- 2A controlled curl on the way back down
- 3Upper body steady while the hips do the work
Common mistakes
- Using momentum to swing the carriage
- Pulling with the arms instead of the abs
- Rushing the descent and losing tension
Muscles worked
