How to do it

Step into a resistance band loop around your thighs. Walk sideways in a squat position, keeping the band taut.

  2. 2Keep a slight squat position and maintain tension in the band
  3. 3Step with control and keep feet parallel

Common mistakes

  • Avoid letting your knees cave in or feet turn outward
  • Don't drag your feet; lift and place them deliberately
  • Avoid standing up straight; stay low
